Organist Mel Butler

Dr. Mel Butler has just completed his twentieth year as director of Music at Seattle’s Cathedral of Saint Mark where he plays the famous Flentrop organ. He holds the Doctor of Musical arts degree from the Eastman School of Music and has served on the faculty of the University of Washington. He will play a program of works by Bach, Tournemire, Howells, and movements from Messiaen’s Messe de la Pentecôte.

Admission is a suggested $10 donation at the door.
